And this time they're coming to Peckham for their two-day Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training. With 80% of women experiencing pregnancy in their lifetime, understanding how to support and respond to the specific needs of any postnatal students is essential for yoga teachers. When we understand what it means to be ‘postnatal’ we can serve our students with greater clarity and precision, from the early stages post birth, through to years later. Dream team, @clarebeing and @taraleeyoga have collaborated for many years and have decades of experience in guiding thousands of women through their pregnancies, preparing them for childbirth and motherhood (so you're in safe hands!)
