What facilities are there in Peckham?
Our Peckham Rye studio offers changing rooms, showers, and restrooms. You can find coded lockers and a cozy café serving hot/cold beverages and snacks.
The yoga studio is spacious, and there is a dedicated room for Reformer Pilates with 12 customized machines.
What is your late policy?
Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Being late may result in losing your reservation if there's a waitlist. For safety, we can't accommodate latecomers in Reformer Pilates. Kindly refer to our policy for more details.Ts+Cs for full details.
Do you have mats / props / towels?
Rent a yoga mat for £2, access free pilates props. Rent a towel for £1. Complimentary mat and towel rental for monthly and long-term Pre-Pay Holders.
Is there a gender neutral changing space?
The toilet cubicles and showers are for everyone.
What do you provide in the changing rooms?
Lockers, mirrors, and hairdryers are available. You can rent towels for showering for £1.
Can I fill my water bottle up?
Certainly! Our reception offers cold water on tap and filtered water jugs for your convenience.
Can I get a discount?
Special discounts are available for students, seniors, essential workers, and individuals with limited income. Contact us via email for details. Is the studio accessible for wheelchair users?
Unfortunately it is not.
Can I cancel?
Sure. Should you require to cancel, kindly inform us in advance to make space available for others. You are entitled to a credit refund if you cancel at least 3 hours prior to the class.Failure to attend will result in a £10 no-show fee automatically charged to your account.
What is your karma yogi scheme?
Karma yogis assist with pre and post-class tidying and check-in, receiving complimentary yoga or pilates. For details, contact us via email or inquire at the reception.

We offer top-notch yoga and pilates classes in London, both online and in-person. Our classes cover a variety of styles, such as Vinyasa, 4-Beat, Rocket, Yin, and Flow & Restore. Whether you are a beginner or looking for a more dynamic or restorative practice, we have something for everyone.
We now also have a Reformer PilatesStudio offering beginner Fundamentals classes, as well as Intermediate and Dynamic classes for advanced practitioners.
